- Information we receive
- The details you type into the quote form, namely your name, email address, telephone number and the particulars of the journey (airports, dates, number of passengers and your notes), together with the referring page and any campaign tags present in the link that brought you here.
- Reasons for using it
- To reply to your enquiry, to organise and look after the flight should you book it and, where you have ticked the box inviting offers, to send occasional offers by email. That last consent may be withdrawn whenever you like.
- Those who see it
- The air carrier that would operate your journey, and the service providers we rely on to quote and book it, such as our email and hosting suppliers. Your personal information is not sold to anybody.
- Retention
- For as long as your enquiry or booking requires, and afterwards only for the periods that tax, accounting or other legal duties demand. The record is then deleted or anonymised.
- Your rights
- You may ask to see, amend or remove what we hold. Reply to any email you receive from us, or send a note through the quote form, and we will deal with it.
- Cookies
- Only cookies that are essential to the working of the site, should any be set. There are no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
- Children
- The site is intended for adults and we do not knowingly gather information about anyone under 16. A parent or guardian arranges any journey that includes a minor.
- Revisions
- Any change to this policy will be published on this page with a fresh date.
